  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. PetsTime.com operates under the terms of these Terms of Use.
    2. The Regulations specify the types and scope of services provided electronically by the PetsTime.com website, the rules for the provision of these services, the conditions for entering into and terminating agreements on the provision of services electronically, as well as the complaint procedure.
    3. Each Customer, as soon as he or she starts using Electronic Services of the PetsTime.com website, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
    4. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of
      1. Act on rendering electronic services of 18 July 2002. (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended),
      2. Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),
      3. Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964. (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
  2. DEFINITIONS
    1. CONTACT FORM – a form available on the PetsTime.com website allowing the Customer to directly contact the Service Provider.
    2. REGULATIONS – these regulations of the Site.
    3. SERVICE PROVIDER – Contentation sp. z o.o., registered office address: Aleja Piastów 22, 71-064 Szczecin, postal address: as above, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court of Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000871922, NIP: 8522668617, REGON: 387628543, holding share capital in the amount of: PLN 50,000,

    4. USER – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to whom an act grants legal capacity, using an Electronic Service.
    5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Customer through the Website.
    6. NEWSLETTER – Electronic Service that allows the Customer to subscribe to and receive at the e-mail address provided by the Customer free information from the Service Provider.
  3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. The Service Provider enables via the Site the use of Electronic Services such as:
      1. Use of the Contact Form,
      2. use of the Newsletter,
    2. Provision of Electronic Services to Service Recipients takes place under the conditions specified in the Regulations.
  4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROVIDING AND CONCLUDING CONTRACTS FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. Provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III point. 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.
    2. Period for which the contract is concluded:
      1. the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services consisting of enabling the sending of messages via the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period of time and terminates upon sending the message or upon its discontinuation by the Customer.
      2. agreement on provision of Electronic Service consisting in using the Newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
    3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the tele-information system used by the Service Provider:
      1. computer with internet access,
      2. email,
      3. web browser,
      4. enable cookies and Javascript in your web browser.
    4. The Customer is obliged to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law and good practice, taking into account respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
    5. The Customer is obliged to enter data in accordance with the facts.
    6. The Customer is prohibited from submitting content of an unlawful nature.
  5. TERMS OF TERMINATION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICE AGREEMENTS
    1. Termination of an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services:
      1. An agreement for provision of Electronic Services of continuous and unlimited character (e.g. Newsletter) may be terminated..
      2. The Customer may terminate the contract with immediate effect and without giving reasons by sending an appropriate statement via e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
      3. The Service Provider may terminate a contract for the provision of Electronic Services of continuous and unlimited duration in the event that the Client violates the Terms and Conditions, in particular when he provides illegal content, after an ineffective prior request to cease the violation by setting an appropriate period of time. In this case, the Agreement expires after 7 days from the date of submission of a statement of intent to terminate it (period of notice).
      4. Termination results in termination of the legal relationship with effect for the future.
    2. The Service Provider and the Customer may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services at any time by mutual agreement.
  6. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
    1. Complaints relating to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
      1. Complaints relating to the provision of Electronic Services via the Site may be submitted by the Customer via e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
      2. In the above-mentioned e-mail message, please provide as much information and circumstances concerning the subject matter of the complaint as possible, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the irregularity and your contact details. The information provided will greatly facilitate and expedite consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider..
      3. The Service Provider shall investigate the complaint immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
      4. The Service Provider’s response to a complaint is sent to the Client’s e-mail address specified in the complaint form or in any other way specified by the Client.
  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. All content included on the website at PetsTime.com is protected by copyright and is the property of the SERVICE Provider. The Customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the Service Provider, resulting from the use of any content of the PetsTime.com website, without the consent of the Service Provider.
    2. Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements making up the content of the PetsTime.com website constitutes an infringement of copyright vested in the Service Provider and shall result in civil and criminal liability.
  8. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. Contracts concluded through the Site are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
    2. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is inconsistent with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply instead of the challenged provision.
