Not only does my dog react to what’s happening on the tv, he knows the jingles from commercials that have dogs in them. He can be asleep, or in another room of the house, but if a commercial comes on that has a certain jingle or music, and has animals in it, he knows and will run into the room, or wake from his sleep to bark or whine at the tv. He loves seeing dogs on tv, and jumps up on the tv stand, and wags his tail, and whines at the dogs on tv. He does not like fighting on tv, this upsets him, and he barks very loud. Football also upsets him, we can’t have football on. He even reacts to cartoon animals. I’ve never had a dog so reactive to tv.
